We love it when friends and artists representing our manufacturers come to play with us! Thanks to decades-long relationships with our manufactuers and vendors, we host semi-regular free product demos here in the store. Past guest demos have included Golden Artist Colors, Winsor & Newton, DaVinci Brush, Speedball Art, Strathmore, and more!

Surround yourself with great artists, working and creating right here in Santa Cruz. Each month, we host the work of a different, noteworthy local artist on our walls, plus a chance to meet the artist in-store one Saturday.
Community Art Classes & Workshops
Our Capitola location offers great opportunities to learn from other members of the local Santa Cruz artist community. Our art classes are offered by independent instructors. Each event will include specific instructions and contact information if registration or a fee is required.
