MEET THE ARTIST: Pável Acevedo

Pável Acevedo is an independent printmaker with a strong familiarity of the fundamentals of screen and block printing, and he possesses a talent and passion for the education of printmaking techniques to all experience levels. He earned his BFA in visual arts at La Escuela de Bellas Artes/ Fine Arts School of Oaxaca, and is a very busy man. He travels the US conducting printmaking workshops, has been in two printmaker in residence programs, been commissioned to produce two murals, and his artwork has been exhibited in different group shows between Mexico and the U.S. in public and private institutions as well individually
